Q: I have about a 52 inch chest can it adjust to my chest?

No Edgar. You should contact Coaxsher and order the XL RCP-1 Pro harness made for 47" chest or bigger. They sent me extension straps. http://www.coaxsher.com/Radio-Chest-Harness-p/rp202.htm

Q: My radio measures 100mm X 50mm x 55mm. Volume control and channel selector are on the top. Will my radio fit in the radio pouch on this harness?

The radio pockets are tight. One stretches but if I had to do it over again I would get a holder with bigger pockets

Q: I notice this pack stores the radios more upright than the Wolfpack. Is that an issue with getting an antenna in the eye?

You should not have an antenna closer than about two inches to your body while TRANSMITTING at more than about 1 or 2 watts.

Q: Does it come with the mini flashlight.

It doesn't come with the flashlight. It just comes with the mini flashlight holder.
