I have never had a problem with a broken bottle & all the cases I have bought arrived in near perfect condition!!! I Absolutely LOVE this tea & the glass bottle it comes in! You can see & taste the quality, delicious!!! Just add 1/2 of a 12 oz. bottle of simple syrup per liter & it truly is incredible!!!

The tea is fantastic. I get these 2 cases at a time on auto ship but… there’s almost always at least one case damaged in transit. Also called them about the tops being hard to remove - they were very nice and sent me a couple of grippers and some coupons (nice gesture but not for same locally here hence why I’m buying them online). But since then the tops have gotten even worse and I just open them with channel lock pliers now.

Great taste

Product was supposed to be delivered within 24 hours. Didn't arrive and cancelled order. This is great product and hard to get through Costco. Will wait for refund and try somewhere else.
