Tulip ColorShot Instant Fabric Spray Paint, Permanent Color Spray-On Fabric Paint, 3oz. Black

I used this black matte on a fading New Era black hat with a black logo. Covered the brim and strap with tape. I did passing sprays about 8” away. 2 passes 5 minutes apart and then let dry overnight. Worked great and the hat looks fresh again! The hat fabric was a little stiffer after drying but wasnt bad and it losens. The logo lost some of its shine but overall the hat looks better. This small can was plenty and I think it has enough to do the same thing a few more times.

The media could not be loaded. This worked out very well. I provided before and after photos so you can see the difference. It took one bottle to cover the lamp shade. I think it turned out great, I liked that I didn’t have to try to find a new lamp shade or possibly a lamp for the space! Quality of the paint is great. It dried very fast. Coverage was good I used two coats to be sure everything had full coverage. After drying it is not sticky or tacky.

The Tulip fabric paint works better than I expected. I had to color a pair of my wife’s shoes for our Granddaughters wedding, she just couldn’t find a pair she liked. The fabric paint comes out of the can very forceful. It has a very fine mist spray quality. I had a couple of runs but that was part of my learning curve. It has very good coverage and is very durable. It is really a good value for the money, a lot cheaper than another pair of shoes. The product has a large variety of colors so I may be redoing more in the future. It is easy to use and produces great results.

Acts like paint, but better.Seems to really work.

This seems to work well, it was easy to spray and went on visibly very evenly and smoothly, but it feels rough. (I used it on a corset). It did bleed through in a couple of places, so if you are painting just one side of an item, you definitely want to protect the other side. It washed pretty good, but I couldn't get it to not feel rough and scratchy.Also, this stuff STINKS! Like more than standard spray paint. I painted outside and left the pieces out in the fresh air for over an hour before I brought them in. The smell filled the room after about 20 minutes, and I had to take everything back outside. Even after washing, there is a tiny bit of odor leftover.

I like this brand of fabric paint. It smells AWFUL, WEAR A MASK to protect yourself! But it's true to color, good coverage, and doesn't wash out!

Love this color, just need bigger size
