This massage pad with heat is amazing if you think about a massage chair would cost you above $2000. I put the pad on my office chair so that I can massage my back when I am working in the office. The experience is just outstanding. Of course, you would have to know what you are expecting. This is not a $2000 massage chair that can massage your whole body, but it does make you feel relaxed if you work longer hours at the desk like me. There are various settings to massage the neck, mid back, lower back, hip, and thigh with different intensity and heat levels. The pad made me feel very comfortable and almost fell asleep every time I used it. Be sure you know what your expectation is. If you’re looking for an affordable massage pad, I’d say this is worth considering.

Settings are easy to use, great value, heats well and quickly, fits plus-sized people, fit in my couch well, does have multiple settings of intensity, has different settings of pressure, massage settings are great for a variety of needs.

Have used it daily for about a week so can only speak to performance but not longevity. The unit is better than any I've owned previously. The vibration gives great selectability for area and intensity, is precisely located for optimal effect and is strong enough to make a difference. The heating function gives you back, seat and both but no intensity control. The heat setting is both comfortable and effective.The unit seems to have been tailored for an more for a slimmer office-type chair rather than a larger recliner in terms of the straps that hold it to the chair. These are NOT adjustable straps but elastic. I put this on a narrower European/Scandinavian type lounge chair and barely got it on. Wider chair backs may be an issue. Longer securing straps with Velcro-style attachment would have given this 5 stars for added flexibility for all chair types.Despite the lack of flexibility in terms of attachment, this is really an awesome performer. I highly recommend this for those who are helped by vibration and heat therapy.

I ordered my back massager and it was great to have it delivered the following day. I had it in less than 24 hours. I love that this product has a heat setting, because I get cold easily and this really helps. I was hesitant on trying this since I have tried one in the past and it was actually painful. This one is very comfortable. I love all the different massage settings and heat settings. Due to a medical condition, I am usually in a lot of pain. This has been a huge blessing. It is really helped relieve my pain and help me relax I was doing it first thing in the morning middle of the day and definitely before I lay down to go to sleep at night. Is actually help me improve my sleep and the ability to go to sleep and stay asleep and not wake up in a lot of pain.

I love my super cushy seat cushion and massager! I commute both ways 5 days a week and it’s been good having a massager for the days when my commute is longer and my back is aching. I didn’t realize the included ply was for the home until I unboxed it. But after a little research I found that I could order an attachment for my car. It came the very next day!

The media could not be loaded. This is my second massage chair from comfier, and I must say that I like this one a lot more than the last for several reasons. My husband got me the first one as a Christmas present a few years ago, and although it is definitely nice, after some use I realized that my back does not react well to the constant push of the massages, and I end up with more pain than I started. However, that is entirely a ME problem, as I have family members that adore it! Anyway, I recently got this one and although it is definitely thin, it works more off strong vibrations in certain areas rather than a massage piece digging into you. Personally, I like this a lot more as I can enjoy the massage without tissue pain, but rather relief! I guess the fact that it’s multilevel vibrations all around might be what makes it a little loud, but nothing that some headphones on and getting lost to Enya or relaxing music couldn’t fix.The size is perfect on my tall gaming chair! I especially really like that, unlike my other one, I can actually lay back on top of this one and enjoy a full back massage while either leaning back or laying all the way down without feeling any unwanted pressure or anything pushing up against my bones. I have been wanting a massager like this for a long time and I’m glad to finally have found it! I think if I wanted to lay on top of it on top of my bed, I most likely could and it would feel amazing! All the functions hit all the right spots and you can select them all at once or click on the ones you do or do not want to have on. The heating options for the back and seat are also always a nice touch! I am definitely happy with my purchase!

The various settings are a nice touch, and the seat warmer is excellent. However, the vibration motors are a major drawback. There’s no cushioning over them, and they’re quite hard. Initially, it doesn’t seem like an issue, but after extended use, it becomes uncomfortable. I can no longer use it because it causes pain almost immediately. Even adding a cover didn’t help much. If not for this problem, I would have rated it a 5. If you don’t mind the firmness of the motors, this might be the right product for you.

So. It works as described but its maybe not as comfortable as advertised. While sitting it feels pretty good, I'm not too fond of the neck massaging area because I usually lean forward in my chair. Also, if it's not running then it gets kind of uncomfortable just to be sitting on it. I was mostly looking for something to use in bed but same problems. If you are not exactly in the middle of the pad, then its uncomfortable to lay on and by morning I'm half off it. It does have an automatic shutoff after so much time, I don't know exactly how long, but it doesn't seem to state that in the manual. The heat function is just right, just enough so you can feel it but not overwhelming to the point that you're constantly turning it on and off.
