I find this effective with no smell, it has helped with the pain in my foot, I broke a toe and that causes issues when walking thus the pain.

This product works fast but needs reapplication every hour, the smell leaves something less to desire, I used on my sore knees and within minutes pain was gone but only lasted an hour but with the cost it did it's job.
