AQUATOPIA Deluxe Memory Foam Nap Mat Set, Mickey Mouse/Blue

UPDATE: After only a few short months of use (began using November of 16), the strap with the snap closure that holds the mat together when rolled has completely frayed and you can no longer snap closed. The strap that holds the pillow onto the mat has also frayed & probably won't make it through the next HE gentle cycle. Our first 2 mats lasted for years even with weekly washes. These won't last 6 months I'm afraid. I've already had to mend what I could, but most of our issues cannot be "stitched-up." We really loved the 1st version and had such high hopes for these. There really isn't anything else like it on the market that we were able to find. We are very disappointed with the quality of the "new and improved" version of this nap mat...:(PREVIOUS POST:This is our second time purchasing these nap mats. We originally purchased these to send to daycare with our twins. They held up very well to many, many washes. The fabric is very soft and does not bead up. The memory foam holds its shape well, too. We did upgrade the pillow inserts, but that probably wasn't necessary.

My daughter (almost 3 years old) went through a phase for a number of months, where she chose to sleep on her floor, instead of her toddler bed. She is used to napping on a mat at daycare (one is provided for her), so I decided to allow this new sleeping habit, and chose to support it by buying this awesome mat for her. She totally loved it! I actually ordered more than one, because she was also potty training during the time, and not sleeping in diapers. Needless to say, the mats have held up extremely well despite several cycles in the washer and dryer. Although the blanket is attached to the mat (which I initially had mixed feelings about), it actually works well. The pillow that it comes with is adorable too, and no issues washing and drying it in our machines. I have been impressed with the durability of this product. The blanket is a tad short, but otherwise, perfect. I would always cover my daughter with an extra blanket or two on top, so it still worked out just fine. I also liked how easy the mat was to roll up and travel with (even though the blanket is attached...still super simple!). Again, this is a very cute, comfy, and durable product. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a sleep mat for their child.

My daughter is only 11 months old but needed a nap mat with attached blanket for daycare. I naturally looked at the reviews of other mats and determined this would be the best one based on comfort and price.I couldn't be happier with this adorable mat. The memory foam has a good amount of cushion and the blanket is a perfect medium weight. I have washed it a few times (without the pillow) and it still looks brand new!Best yet, daycare says that my daughters sleeps better now with the nap mat than when she was in a crib!**If you found my review helpful, please indicate so below. I bought this for my 3 1/3 yr old grand daughter. She loves it. It is low to the ground so if you have a little one who will roll out or get up and out, this is safe. There is no padding on the bottom (it would have been better if there was). However having said that about the lack of padding, I find my granddaughter has no complaints. The blanket is attached and it's cute. but she will kick it off. The pillow wasn't as big as I like so I bought a child's pillow to use with it. Not that these changes are Needed just a grandma's preference. All in all it is great for what I wanted, a safe sleeping cot for my granddaughter's nap time.

Strong chemical smell. During I was washing the nap mat according to instructions I kept smelling a strong chemical smell in the laundry room. No other laundry was washed or dryed at that time. When I removed it from the wash machine I realized it was the mat...drying made it even worse. I could taste the chemicals and it started to hurt my lungs.Very, very disappointed.Cute design, attached blanket and pillow have right size everything you can except from a toddler nap mat BUT THAT CHEMICAL COCKTAIL IS A RECEIPT FOR ALL KINDS OF RESPITORY INFECTIONS IF NOT WORSE.

My 3 yo daughters love these mats. They are washed weekly. I pull the insertable pillow out, detach the pillow from the nap mat and throw it all in the HE front loading washer at cold, delicate. But then I find I have to dry them for 2 hours at LOW in my dryer. But they have held up well; however, we have only owned them since August. There's not much to the memory foam -- maybe 3/4 inch? -- and the actual blanket leaves their feet exposed as it is shorter than the nap mat and not much wider, but all in all, they like it and thus so do I. It has a very cute design and the blanket is nice and soft, as is the actual mat.

I bought this for my 2.5yr old for daycare. The mat is so soft and comfortable. The entire thing feels high quality. I wash it in only warm water and vinegar to maintain the fluffy softness and disinfect it. It rolls up easily. There is no place to embroider it but there is a little tag that says "this mat belongs to ___". I would say this would fit her until she is 4 yrs old. My 6 yr old is way too big for it. Over all I highly recommend this nap mat. Great price. Great quality. Super cute.

Have washed and dried this thing so far at least 10 times and still it perfect shape! Only complaint is that both of my kids complain that the blanket is too short and their feet hang out. It is quite a large amount shorter than the pad itself - I wish it was longer because it doesn't cover them. They are only 3 years old. I would order again though - its the most comfortable one I've found for them and we've been through 4 different styles of nap mats
