Like many others, both brackets I ordered arrived broken because of the weak join. I could have welded it, but the poor quality metal didn't fill me with confidence. The return and refund were easy and quick though.

The bracket for hanging shop sign is completely not useable and has delayed grand opening of my daughter's new shop! Amazon should not sponsor this item as many reviews had the same complaint

Love the look- arrived broken at the weld on the extension. Got busy and failed to return it. Need to find a welder.

The bracket came in two pieces... so unless you are able to braze this back together it's pretty much useless. The box it came in was sized to the two piece size... so it's not like it broke in half in shipping. (part of the attaching part did break in shipping but that's not the biggest issue) Looking at other reviews, unfortunately after the fact, it seems I wasn't the only one who received the two piece unusable bracket. Description of "Set of 2" is correct. There were two brackets in the box... but they were both cut in half. The piece that attaches to the wall to the end of the scroll is one piece, the remainder of the hanging bar is the second piece. I don't understand what the thought process was on this at all.

This is a fantastic product! If I needed more I'd certainly buy more. Strong, sturdy, high quality. Exactly as pictured and described. The sign in the picture is almost 2 feet wide and made of solid wood and this product does exactly as I'd hoped. Very satisfied.

The frame came in a damaged box but the frame itself was broken in half. The second frame looked like it would also break with any type of weight put on it. Ordered a replacement but judging by the other reviews, this is a common issue. Do not buy this!
