It works, taste good, gives me the energy I needed and I take it with my vitamins first thing in morning so it is absorbed first thing in my blood stream.

I haven't been on this long enough to know if its working for me or not yet. I will say the taste is not bad at all. It is sweet, but not terrible. It has a strong lemon taste that stays with me for a bit, but again not unpleasant at all to me. I would recommend it to at least try. It's also nice that it's not just another pill. I think it would be easy to also mix into a lemonade or something if you didn't want it by itself. It's not too strong at all. Hope it works for you. I'll review again once I know if it has for me.

Best way to take Vitamin B! I love the quality of this product and that I can decide how much to use. You can get that with a pill!

The flavor was good. Dont see that it has made a difference. Taking it for approximately 3 weeks.
