Better than vent clips
I've only used this for a few weeks, but I can already tell a difference. I smoke in my car and this seems to do the trick. The vent clips merely mask the smoke' this actually eliminates it!

Looks good and really works
This air purifier is in my 2008 Mercury Gran Marquis..It really works..the air inside is always clean and neutral smelling..no odors and when exhaust smells from outside while traveling enter the cabin they dissipate rapidly..Good working product..The soft blue light doesnt bother me night driving...Very cool...

Well, at first I thought it was the phoniest ...
Well, at first I thought it was the phoniest thing I've ever seen -- a device with a blue light that appears to do nothing. But as the weeks go by, I really think the cigar smoke smell in my truck is going away.

Not as good as expected
I bought this because other reviews said it worked great for smoke odor and lasted a long time. The first few days it seemed to worked great, then it seemed like it petered out and only half worked. I tried removing it and putting it back a few times, but that didn't help. I think it is still working, just seems like it was at full power for a few days, then only worked half as well.

Useless
This item fell apart almost immediately. When placed in the cigarette lighter, the blue light came on, but nothing else happened, no air cleaning, no ionizing, nothing. Waste of money!

It works
Love it. It works!! Just plug in and when you start your car, it starts to work. Takes out all the gross odors. Recommend this to anyone who wants to get the smoke smell from your car.

As descrided. Needs to be on for a good while to be noticed (more than 30 mins). But wife got it to help with my smoking smell and she says it works.
