The first fireplace I ordered never arrived, but their customer service was great. They sent out a replacement right away, and it came with a couple of weeks. It was packed well and there was no damage. The only assembly needed was screwing on the legs. The controls are hidden on the inside of the door, and it comes with a handy little remote. It’s perfect for my cozy 3 season sunroom, and it warms up the room pretty quickly. The flames are fairly realistic looking. I love that the top (and sides) don’t get hot, so I can put things on top for decoration. I hope it lasts a long time to come!

The media could not be loaded.  This little fireplace is really cute! My heater was broken for the holidays and this little thing was able to heat up an entire master bedroom. Easy with the plug and you’re done. Too bad it doesn’t include a remote...so you would literally have to walk over and turn on/off and adjust the heat setting manually. But, it’s a great addition to any space and it doesn’t take a lot of room.. Would totally recommend.

My bedroom is often cold in the morning and on many occasions I've said, "I sure wish we had a fireplace." Well that wasn't possible so I bought this electric fireplace instead. Pros: The flame is pleasant to look at and it does a good job of warming up the room. Cons: There is no "crackle" sound so you really can't pretend it's a fire and it's much shorter than I anticipated. For me it was worth it. It is pleasant to look at and it warms up the room.

The media could not be loaded.  It reflects in the back so it has a natural look to it. The heat output is great also. I definitely recommend!

I purchased this to give some warmth to a small, covered, enclosed, but badly-insulated and unheated patio/porch/balcony area I have up here in frigid New England. I used it for the first time last night, a night that was about 30 degrees F outside (or even less, I didn't check), and in about an hour and a half the little heater had warmed up the patio to at least 68 degrees F because when I lowered it to the lowest thermostat setting, it shut off the heating. I am so impressed--I honestly did not think any heater would be able to warm up the patio to a comfortable range, but would just provide a little extra heat if we wanted to snuggle up in blankets and heating pads. But it definitely did its job, and did it well!

This is such a good electric fireplace! It’s looks so real and it feels real as well. The heating is really good. It’s heats up my living room in minutes. If you don’t want the heating than your can just turn on the fireplace. You have the option to do what you want and I think it’s really nice. It look really well in most places of the house. And I’m really happy about my decision to buy this I really recommend it!

This was supposed to be an easy to assemble. Just screw the legs on. Well, the tabs (see picture) on the legs are supposed to fit in the notch on the fireplace and then you screw in the screws, but the back legs would not go into the notches. The front legs went in with no problems. Two of the legs came with the tabs broken off. I was able to attach the two broken legs without the tabs but they aren't as sturdy as the two front legs with the tabs. I emailed the company directly and their first response stated that the legs were just for shipping and not meant to be attached. Then, after they looked at the attached picture, they told me to GLUE them on. Now, I have requested two new legs. Although I like the look of the unit, looks semi-realistic, and has all the features I wanted, I am concerned about this company's lack of customer service. I may still return it if I don't get these legs. It's been a week already since they told me they would send them.Update as of 2-18-22: Do not trust this company and their customer service. They did not deliver the replacement legs.

This is a great little fireplace heater. There is a fan in the heater and it blows out a good amount of heat. However, you do hear the fan that runs the entire time you have the heater on as there is no thermostat. If you’re looking for more of a radiant heat type fireplace, this one may not be what you’re looking for. But overall this is a great product for the price point.

Cheap price but we made a black shroud to surround it in the fireplace so looks amazingly realistic. Heats 500 sq foot room excellently. Has realistic fire “crackling” sounds. Like the fact you can turn the heat and crackling sounds on or off.

Easy assembly, not rheostatically controlled but gives sufficient heat to room via 2 heat levels - , looks good!

Very Happy with the purchase. The heater is attractive..buying online, sight unseen in this case was a good decision. On the whole our Amazon experiences have been excellent. Prime offers great speedy delivery of most products.

As shown in the photos looks nice in my fireplace. Haven't used the heat much but it seems to pump out heat pretty good. Satisfied with the product overall

Works amazing gives a beautiful ambience. I would give it 4.5 stars just because the remote isn’t as responsive as I need it to be, even if you aim it directly to where you should, it’s hit or miss eventually you’ll get it. The heat works great and fast
