Stainless Steel Reusable Condiment and Snack Containers, Set of 3

These days I am obsessed with meal prepping and am trying to reduce my use of plastics, so I purchased all 5 of the Bits Kits stainless steel containers. These are really nice quality and feel very sturdy. The condiment containers come 3 in box. They have a silicone band around the inside of the lid to prevent liquids from spilling, which is awesome! I didn't realize that when I purchased it, so it was a pleasant surprise. I used one of the condiment containers for salad dressing and another one for some almonds and one of the rectangular containers for salad. These handy containers are going to help keep me on track with portion control. My son no longer wants to carry a lunch bag to school and doesn't want to buy lunch, so we used the 5 compartment container to pack his lunch and tossed it right in his backpack. These are great for on the go families!

These SUCK! They don’t stay closed. I wish I could give them a zero stars.

The lids didn’t fit right but they’re EXTREMELY durable. I put my medication in this and the lid will not come off. Nobody in my family can get it off and we’ve tried everything. I’ve tried prying it off with pliers, I’ve used screwdrivers, I’ve dropped it off the roof, and I’ve even tried using a hammer and a screw. The sheer durability of these things is insane. The lid was only dented but it BENT my screw. I’m honestly amazed at its strength but now I can’t get to my antidepressants.

The lids are pretty difficult to align correctly and twist on. Its not the traditional threaded track but 3 little indentations and raised dots that are supposed twist and lock it into place. I received 2 that just keep turning and turning and you really have to make sure the silicone ring and everything is aligned perfectly for it to work, and even when you can get it aligned, the lids pull off easily. One of the container’s lid wouldn’t fit at all, and I had to make the dents a little bit deeper and add some electrical tape on of the raised dots. The silicone ring is also loose and not built-in so you kind of have to flip the container part upside down onto the lid to make it work. Way too fussy for every day use.

I wasn't sure what to expect with the mixed reviews about the lids, but am quite happy with these little containers. I found that when I put the curved side of the silicone gasket towards the top of the lid, and tightened it slowly to the divets they don't leak. Tested them multiple times with water in them and didn't have a drop leak out. Just ordered another set.

These leak unless you are very particular about how you fit the included rubber gasket. Once fitted securely, it's hard to get the lid off unless you have nimble adult hands. It's too bad these don't have a screw on lid like a water bottle lid.

I got this for my kids lunch box and it leaked all through the box and the bag. Doesn't have any kind of seal or tight enough to even call it mildly leak proof. Waste of money. I am using it to store dry stuff in the kitchen. Definitely not for kids

This is going to work with me tomorrow, filled with my coffee. Love the stainless steel, way better than plastic
