This has helped me a lot with my hashimoto's autoimmune disease! Love this product! It really shows how much it helps when bloodwork is took! Pill is small and easy to take!

I use many of the Pure Encapsulations products. I was introduced to it by my chiropractor and I trust the brand. It is 3rd party independently tested for purity and dosage. I was a bit surprised to find that the selenium has a strong odor (it's stinky), so I called the company and verified that selenium does have a stinky odor due to the natural sulfur in the product. This is normal.

Definitely a great product. You can raise your selenium levels quite effectively and fast by taking 1 capsule a day. Just be aware that high selium levels in the blood are actually toxic. I’ve been taking 1 capsule a day for the last 6 months and around month 3 my hair started falling out. In month 6 I had blood work which included selenium and I was extremely high in selenium to the point that it is toxic. I’ve stopped it.

This is a great product for those with a Gluten intolerance or Allergy. I showed this brand to my Endocrinologist so she has something to recommend for those who need Selenium but can't have Gluten.
