I haven't used it yet but I needed something to carry medication that needs to be refrigerated on the plane It looks like it will work, it comes with 2 ice packs< TSA approved. It had good reviews. I fit 2 Dupixent pens in the case, but I may be only able to use only 1 ice pack with it, to close it properly.. Will update review after my vacation!
