Exactly as described. Easy to assemble, I had both of them built in about 2 minutes. Sockets are standard, light bulbs screwed into them easily, and the switch works well. The cords are nice and long, which is good on a light like this, it makes it very versatile and allows you more options on where to clamp it. The clamp is definitely strong enough, I don't see these having any issues with falling down. I installed 100w LED bulbs in these, the reflector does a good job of providing a lot of brightness in almost a 180 degree area. Great value for the money, I would definitely buy these again.

Nice quality. Either that, or I lucked out! I carefully read a lot of user reviews and selected the clamp-on light that people seemed most satisfied with. I use mine in conjunction with painting. The clamp is incredibly strong, and I haven’t had any problem with the light fixture itself. I use it 2-3 times a week for several hours per painting session. Works really well to illuminate subjects. Artists have been using these things for decades.

These are the bomb. Good size, good structure, great clamp, and switch. Very happy with the purchase. I used one in a garage bathroom to keep warmth during a freeze. Worked great.

The first thing I look for is safety in a product like this that generates heat. I found that the socket is UL certified. I plugged in the registration number into the UL website to make sure the registration number is valid and in this case it is. The clamps are, meh, okay. the reflectors are very fragile. I had them on photography light stands. As I tried to plug in one, I accidently tipped over one of the light stands by pulling on the cord and a drop of three feet did bend it (see picture). I would stay the strength is about a heavy gauge aluminum foil lol. So for that, I took one star off. I like the on/off switch. I however, have these plugged into a smart plug outlet so I can control them with both Google Assistant and Alexa. I do have both ecosystems in my home. For my application, I found smart plugs much more helpful because I can order them on or off with my voice, I can set a routine on both smart assistant ecosystems to add a delay of 15 and 30 minutes so they stay on for that amount of time and then turn off. I use these with GE 250w NIR bulbs for Red Light Therapy sessions. Having a timer set with Google or Alexa gives me reassurance I won't cook myself if I fall asleep since I wasn't born with a popup timer lol. Anyway, they get the job done and I don't see an issue yet with their safety other than the flimsy reflector. I do however recommend watching the installation video on this product page before attempting to assemble them. The written instructions are awful, the video is a much better guide to getting them set up properly.

Clamps are strong... Almost too strong. Found some of the socket barrels to be loose but simple to tighten them. Be sure to check. Build quality is good.

Easy peasy. These worked great for adding light where I wanted it. The shades took care of any "blinding" areas and the clamps held really good.

Very strong clamps. Very simple design. Easy to work with. Standard bulb base and they hold large bulbs. I use them as spare lights for plants and demonstrations. Much more cost effective than special purpose lamps for those uses. I have LED flood lamp bulbs in them and they work fine. Sockets do not support dimming. I have not tried smart bulbs. They are very light weight without a bulb.

Great lamps. I love how they clamp and swivel and pivot. The only thing I wasn’t expecting was the size, they’re a little smaller than the bigger ones. And they only take up to 150 watt bulbs. So I had to buy new bulbs as I only had 250 watt ones.

Very happy with this product. They were easy to assemble and keep the chickens warm overnight and with 2 anchor points, they are perfectly safe. Be sure to buy your light bulbs separately.

These have worked perfectly for grow lights for my plants that have to live inside over the winter.

So far so good. Construction is a bit cheaply made but it does the job. I was a bit worried that our grow lights would be too heavy, and they wouldn’t stay in place, but surprisingly it worked. Hopefully they stand the test of time.
