These specific locks are now in use on a set of cabinets at work. I and a department head have keys to allow our work groups to have access. Works great for us.

Smooth lock, nice and easy to use, not too stiff. I needed a key lock for a locker and this was just the ticket. It's handy that they are keyed the same.

I can't set a new combination. I get to the last step...PULL UP shackle (after entering a new combination) and turn 180 degrees to locking position. Problem, I can't pull up the shackle after entering a new combination. I can when I return the combination back to the default setting of 0-0-0-0. I purchased two of these and they both have the same problem...the only combination that works is 0-0-0-0. I looked for these on youtube and this is a common problem with this padlock. I've since ordered new padlocks WITH keys, since these are useless. Total waste of money.

These padlocks were both seized by corrosion after 2 weeks. One was used aboard my sailboat and the other on my shed. 316 or better stainless steel is required in a marine environment, and brass is only good if the lock parts are also brass.
