Realistic
I love the effect of candles but concerned about the health and safety aspects of burning them. The flame and wax finish looks realistic and the remote and timer means it doesn’t waste batteryHaving tried one I will definitely purchase more in different sizes.

Excellent
These candles are just perfect for placing in darker areas where a real flame would be dangerous. Nice flame and the battery power lasts a long time. Nicely made and a good colour has a timer facility if needed.I bought 2 and will buy another one.Delivery was as usual with Amazon amazing.

Best fake candles
This is the 3rd order I have made, 6 candles all together, look so classy in my grade 2, old house.

Good quality but the colour of the LED light could be improved
The candle seems to be well made. There is nothing about the materials, the packaging or how it has been put together that looks substandard or 'cheap'. The flickering action looks quite realistic. It gives out a decent amount of light (which would substantially improve if you placed two or three candles together, for instance as part of a mantel arrangement)The only problem (and some people can be more sensitive to this than others) is that the flame has a very slight orange tinge to it (not as prominent as what you can find in budget LED candles, but still noticeable). The colour should be the one achieved in 'vintage' LED lights (which is closer to the colour found in an incandescent bulb or a real candle). I tried to take a picture or a video to illustrate this but it's very difficult to capture and the image you get is completely different to what you see in real life in relation to this issue.This candle would definitely look acceptable if placed inside a lantern or amongst other decorations such as foliage or pine cones and you see it from a distance (2 or 3 metres).I haven't tested the timer, remore control or battery life.
