I love it. The only issue I had was that I had to get a different phone since I had a wireless handset and it seems to require a regular phone to plug the line to connect to GN Netcom base. No issues connecting to Iphone or computer. With the new (actually back to using my old phone) all three connections work great.

I have purchased two of these. After about a year or so the ear piece starts to fall apart and it becomes useless. I do not see a place where I can just purchase the earpiece again.

Awesome! Really enjoy using my headset with my office phone and cell. Works like a charm.

I have now owned my Jabra Motion Office headset for two years, and I have found it nothing but frustrating. For the cost, it isn't worth it. First of all, the headset is a joke. Within days of owning it, the earpiece broke apart, so it has always flapped around like a wet noodle and I am constantly having to fix it, which has been a joke. The other frustrating feature is that the base unit often crashes for no reason so I have to unplug it, then plug it back in to get both the hard line and the cell phone to work. I rarely write reviews, but after 2 years of dealing with this very frustrating piece of expensive equipment, I am making time to express my frustration. I truly feel like I was ripped off.

Update 02/07/2022 A little over 18 months in - headset still works fine, but seems to be falling apart. I'm not hard on my headset - I put it on in the morning and wear it most of the day - the windscreen over the mic boom is coming off on both sides. The cover has come off the 'dongle' that plugs into the USB port on my laptop - I've had to glue it back on. Battery life is noticeably shorter now than it was when new. We bought two of these when the pandemic started as we were both working from home. One completely fell apart; this one's not far behind it. Poor quality, although the design and functionality have been good. Just bought a $30 bluetooth headset that's just as comfortable, has just as good of a range, and could have bought 4+ for what I paid for this Jabra setup. We contacted Jabra when the first headset started having issues - they only provide a 90 day warranty and basically told us "too bad; we can't help you." They did offer to let us send in the headset for evaluation (at our cost) and they would make a determination on whether they would replace it at that point. Pretty much done with Jabra products at this point. No issues with restarts or freezing up - I made sure and updated the firmware on the headset, the base and the software on my laptop. I've used it both connected to the base station and using the "dongle" - audio quality is great, battery life is great. I do miss the range of my old headset - also a Jabra product - I could go to the other end of the house, or down into the basement, or go walk around in my yard. This one starts getting spotty at half that range, but with the 'dongle' I can carry my laptop and as long as I have wi-fi coverage, I stay connected with solid audio. No concerns at this point with recommending this one - for $140 it's a deal for a bluetooth headset that supports multiple devices.

Funciono muy bien los primeros dias, pero conforme pasaron las semanas se empezo a dañar el audio y ya no me escuchaban bien ni yo a los que me llamaban

As much as I love the functionality of this unit, I'm on my third one in five years. I do use this unit 5 days a week for 8 hours a day though. They seem to last about a year and a half to two years before the hardware starts to malfunction or the unit starts to fall apart. Other than that, these are great, just plan to replace every second year or so. GN Netcom is good with the warranty though, they gave me a new unit free of charge with no hassle for my second headset as it failed while still under warranty.
