Great exercise mat for a small space. As good as in a professional gym. Only downside — it has velcro strips all around (I assume to be able to stick many mats together to form a larger exercise space). This velcro sticks to everything (like the rug I have it on) making it hard to maneuver — but once down — it stays down! I use it alot. It is very sturdy. I am 5’2” and it is long enough for me to exercise freely.

Works really well on my apartment laminate floor. Big enough for me to do any kind of stretch or basic exercise, I'm 5'7.
