Great price for a great supplement I take 3 times daily.

This SLO Mag is Magnesium and it works very good it gets into your system better than most other magnesium because it is a slow release. I have used it for years now. My Doctor is the one that put me on it 5 years ago but it works and it helps keep my magnesium levels up. Great stuff I would recommend it to anybody that has low magnesium.

I started taking these because I'd complained to my podiatrist about muscle cramp like pains in my lower legs. He told me to get Slow Mag and take one a day. I did and the cramps went away. That said it's sometimes hard to find Slow Mag on the shelves in the local Rite Aids. I'd wind up using some other magnesium supplement, but I'd have to do some pretty fancy hunting to find them on the shelves.With Amazon Prime I can find and order Slow Mag in 2 minutes from my home desktop. Saves a trip to the local pharmacy for a search--and I wind up getting what I wanted.

These are easy to swallow coated pills that do the job well.

My mom has to take this per her doctor. She usually had to spend a lot more at CVS for a smaller quantity. She couldn't believe what a great price this was on Amazon and bigger quantity!
