Excellent Service & Smooth Installation!
We purchased the Tata Sky HD Connection with 1 Month Basic Pack & Free Installation, and the entire experience was smooth and hassle-free. The delivery was on time and seamless. The installation process was handled very professionally, and everything was explained clearly. The technician was polite and completed the setup efficiently. We did pay a little extra for an extension cord, but that was completely fine and worth it for the proper setup. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Highly satisfied and definitely 5/5 stars! 😊

Excellent Service and Picture Quality! Worth Every Penny!
I’ve been using Tata Play for a while now, and I’m genuinely impressed. The picture quality is crystal clear, the sound is great, and channel switching is super smooth. Setup was quick, and the technician was very professional. The best part is the wide range of channels—from entertainment and movies to sports and regional channels—everything is available. The Tata Play Binge feature is also amazing; being able to watch OTT content from multiple apps in one place is extremely convenient. Customer service is prompt and helpful, and recharge plans are flexible with good value for money. Overall, Tata Play is one of the most reliable DTH services I’ve used. Highly recommended!

One month recharge not received
We didn't got 1 month recharge first it was showing that they have recharged for 375 days after 2,3 days it's showed 170 days and now after using one week it's showing data pack will finish within 15 days. Pathetic service

Very poor quality and waste of money
The set up box doesn't on instantly. It says please wait for sometime. The packs of Tata sky are very costly compared to other dth providers. So many messages are sent to recharge. They will charge amount for free channels too.

Fast installation but expensive packs
Delivery and Installation was quick, but channel packs once installed are expensive a d many of the most viewed channels like for Sony sports, star sports are all to be individually subscribe, making overall pack rate very expensive.
