Neotech Care Hand Palm Wrist Support with Adjustable Compression Strap (Grey Colour, Size XL, 1 Pair)

I've recently bought two pairs of these wrist supports in the L (large) size. The fit and finish is very, very good. The level of support is in the right place, as well as being effective. They are very simple to put on and take off again. With a low profile hook & loop (Velcro) fastener, it's easy to adjust the tension of each strap infinitely to suit your needs I use just one on my left wrist for Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) as do a lot of hand engraving and it eases that when I wear it evenings and mornings. The 2nd unit is to swap over when one goes in the wash. The 2nd pair I bought for my son, he's suffering with Carpal Tunnel Sundrome in both wrists from years of computer keyboard and mouse use. He has the same high opinion of these wrist supports. In summary - these wrist supports are at a great great price point per pair, offer a good range of sizes, they are very we'll made, and best of all they offer great wrist support and comfort. Hmm. I ordered the large pair after measuring my wrists as shown in product images and finding my wrists were in between the two measurements but near to the higher one but still under. However, and importantly, the thumb holes are different sizes on both pairs and just too tight and uncomfortable and the support around the hands seems too much pressure. My hands become fatigued in a short space of time. But wrist support is ideal and much better than some others I've tried which have been useless and very visible. I have therefore taking a punt and ordered a second pair, but this time XL in the hope that I haven't just wasted another tenner and that they fit better. I also bought my wife a medium pair while I was at it as she has smaller hands and I suspect they'll fit her. If the sizing was more consistent and the thumb holes were more generous these would be ideal.

Recommended. These smell quite nice. (Different make were good but smelt like rubber tyres, and smell never went!) Good support without the inconvenience of those metal bars.

In overall terms of quality this is an excellent support. I wasn't able to use it as the seam is quite thick and my wrist was very bruised (as well as sprained) and the seam pressed on the bruised area. That said it's a useful item to have in a first aid kit and was great value.

Worked for a bit but too small for large hands. Tended to cut off blood supply!

Excellent support and comfort for my 8 year old son who recently had his plaster taken off (he broke his wrist).

Overall pretty good But even on big size still small So had to cut a bit to fit my hand Time will tell

Following a fall I sustained a badly fractured wrist which was initially dealt with by the fracture clinic at my local hospital when a chalk cast was fit. When this was removed I still needed extra support. After trying various wrist supports I ordered this one and have been delighted with, quality, fit and size. I did read many reviews which mentioned a tight fit, so it is important to order the right size at the outset. I used the measuring guide given for the small size and it literally fits "like a glove"
