I ordered some custom whiskey glasses as a gift and they arrived covered in a disgusting grease. You could barely ready the printed label and the glasses were of poor quality. I tried to return the item and wouldn't you know it, the seller wouldn't refund my purchase. Now I'm stuck with this crap. Don't order these.

Update : owner has reached out and offered to re make the entire order. This is very generous and customer service is obviously very important to this small business.Glasses are a nice weight, arrived quickly, spelled correctly, and in a secure well packed box. I would have expected the glasses etching would be better centered and that all the glasses matched. Photo shows the etching starts at rim of glass and other glass the etching is lower and more centered. Ideally they should have all been engraved the same so they truly match. I really think they were a great Anniversary gift.

The glass is heavy and feels very high-quality, and the engraving is done perfectly. Thank you for making this unique gift for my dad, I know he will love it!

Disappointed in the etching; it was not very dark as shown in the pics. The font is clear, however, just faint. Fast delivery.
