Since there seems to be a lot of bad press about paid reviews I want to make it clear that I was not given this product or paid to write a review. I was bought this after doing a lot of research on supplements to enhance a low carb diet. I started this the day after Christmas when I decided I enough carby crap during the holidays. So far I just take one capsule a day and I am really good with that for now. I can really feel the energy surge but it does not make me jittery or panicky at all. I have panic and anxiety disorder so I have to be very careful with supplements. I am currently eating about 20-25 carbs a day. My appetite is way down and the only time I struggle with cravings is after dinner. I would recommend this to my friends and family.

I am trying to get fit and it is a struggle. I am overweight, I have Lupus & RA. I've started a low carb diet and was looking for ways to help me be successful. 7 Keto was recommended to me and this brand/formula in particular. I am a very skeptical person in general (a realist) but I've been blown a way by 7 Keto. I have more energy, my mood has improved, I am able to be more active and I am motivated. I could not be more pleased. I am also impressed with their communication with me. I will continue to use this product.

I really, really, really wanted to be able to "love" this product. Like many, I am overweight and trying to lose, but it's not an easy task and I lose faith in diets and exercise all too easily. I've recently given up sugar and carbs and figured this would be a good addition to my new lifestyle choices. Though I had every hope, it's not surprising that they didn't just melt my fat away, I guess, lol. Then I started putting the time in on the track and treadmill and am now losing weight. Is my loss attributable to the 7 Keto DHEA? It's possible, but I believe 60% is from the exercise, 38% from change in diet, and 2% to supplements like this. It doesn't hurt, and if you have the money than by all means give it a try, but don't expect magic

'Received my order promptly as promised. I like the extra ingredient list in these caps - they contain the full recommended dose of 7-Keto plus green coffee , etc. I started taking these caps anout 7 days ago and am pleased...more energy, feeling more upbeat. The caffeine content is perfect. No jitters and I am less inclined to nibble these past few days...so stay tuned, I'll followup with some details about results in 4 weeks. And now, it's time for my afternoon capsule, a full water bottle and a brisk 45 minute walk. Ciao!

I just started taking this last week and so far I think it is giving me more energy. I work all day and hit the gym in the evenings and it is nice to have a supplement that provides a little boost. I am undecided if this has had any impact on my appetite. I am going to continue work my way through the bottle before I decide if it is worth it to purchase again.

I was a little concerned because this contains caffeine, and caffeinated coffee affects my acid reflux. However after taking this for over a month I have had no issues with the caffeine. I am only taking 1 rather than 2 per day, as that was the level of 7-keto I was taking previously. I have not noticed an improvement over my previous product regarding dietary impact. If I don't take 7-keto I plateau in my attempts to lose weight, and this is the only way I can move off that plateau. Taking this and staying on a low carb diet will allow me to lose weight every day - of course the problem is staying on the low carb diet....But without it, just doing low carbs I will plateau. So if you find yourself in that situation give this a whirl.

Taking only half the recommended dose sometimes resulted in flushed skin as if the niacin mix wasn't very consistent. It was either a strong gosh it nothing at all.Speaking of consistent - my diet is 100% the exact same everyday so it was definitely the pills. Can't recommend as a result.

Item came fast. I have have only been taking for about a week so i haven't noticed any big changes yet. I do notice my arms seem more tone and I haven't changed anything in my routine. I will re comment in a few weeks since it does say that 3 weeks continuous use is needed to start seeing results.
