Ryobi P742 One+ 18V Lithium Ion Cordless Compact AM / FM Radio w/ Wireless Bluetooth Technology and Phone Charging (18V Battery Not Included / Radio Only)

I like the durable design and performance of this Ryobi P742 One+ 18V Lithium Ion Cordless Compact AM / FM Radio w/ Wireless Bluetooth.I have several Ryobi tools, and several batteries to power them. I use the 18V 4.0 Ah LITHIUM batteries, not knockoffs, original Ryobi. Using this radio to play music from local radio stations at about 75% volume a battery will last all day and half of the next, or around 12 hours. I change them after I notice them at 2 bars. I suspect if you use the bluetooth feature they might fade a little faster. Volume is loud enough to suit me, and the sound is good. With the weight of the battery at the bottom it is stable even on moving vehicles, not a wave runner jumping off of 4' waves...If you want premium sound with a lot of adjustability this might not be the radio for you. If you want a rugged radio in a fairly small package that will run for a long time on a rechargeable battery you may all ready have then you should like this.

Love this. Sounds good and is small so it doesn't take up much space moving from jobsite to jobsite.

THIS RADIO PACKS A PUNCH!AMAZING! I JUST RETURNED THE NEWER MODEL,NO CLOCK, NO BACKUP BATTERY, NO ANTENNA;COULD NOT GET STATIONS. SOUND LEVEL ONLY WENT UP TO 16.

Really like the ease of using this product. Nice to use same batteries as what I use on my tools. Nice and rugged.

This radio is great for what I use it for. I run various cabbed equipment that do not have radios or media players. Another man has a Dewalt 20v speaker, and it is good, but it does not have a radio. I prefer to listen to the radio and I already had Ryobi batteries. The radio picks up stations way out in the Desoto Nat. Forrest, and it is loud enough to defeat the noisey environment in the cab of a truck or tractor.

This is my work radio. I’m in landscaping and enjoy listening to music while I’m working. It’s the second one I’ve had and works very well

Needed a nice blue tooth radio for when i have a night time fire.. this little thing packs a punch for sound… i can hold it great even with a 4ah battery connected to it.. little iffy is pre-setting the stations but already jammed for hours using bluetooth!!

Compré la bocina porque me gustó el diseño y además es rádio, además que ando iniciando en el mundo de ryobi, ya tengo de otras marcas, la milwaukee que es más antigua, se escucha doblemente mejor porque tiene dos altavoces, la dewalt mejor aún, pero no tiene radio, para ser el puro producto, no me pareció súper buena opción en el precio, es solo un altavoz, así que no se puede exigir mucho, es para acompañar eso si, no para lugares con ruido
