So a little history about me...I have always had great difficulties falling asleep. It usually takes about an hour or so. I also get unbelievable headaches. I haven't found anything to work for my headaches, not prescriptions, or anything over the counter, (advil, aleve, tylenol). So I had nothing to lose by trying this product. Let me say that I first ordered magnesium oil with aloe vera. I didn't like it one bit. I found it did nothing for me and the smell drove me nuts. I've only received the magnesium oil spray this last Thursday. So I've used it for 4 nights. I spray it on my feet, legs and wherever I can reach. Remember not to rub it in, as it must air dry, (doesn't take long). So for the 4 nights I fell asleep in record time! Wow, I could not believe it! I slept soundly,not even waking up to go to the bathroom. Also I found that I don't need to have the heat so high which is a big plus. Another thing, I had a headache coming on and I sprayed some on my forehead and back of neck. My headache went away almost immediately. So only 4 days later and I'm ordering 3 more bottles for family and a friend. Wish I had known about this product a long time ago.

I ordered this because an earth mama on instagram strongly recommended it. She has 4 children and she said they all sleep through the night starting from around 6 months old and they almost never wake up from 9 pm to 7 am! She said she rubs it on their backs, tummies, and feet every night before bed and she thinks that's why they all sleep so well. She told us to look up the reviews about it on amazon, which I did. I was blown away to see thousands of reviews giving it 5 stars and sharing their success stories. I ordered it and I tried it for the first time last night. I rubbed it all over my body before bed and sprayed it around the room as well. Once it dries it kind of leaves you with a salty chalky feel but it's not bad. I did sleep deeply but in the morning hours I had a very intense action-thriller dream. It seemed SO real and felt like the dream lasted an hour in real time (I'm sure it didn't but it felt like it). Well today I took a nap (haven't used any magnesium since last night) and I slept 2 hours when I only thought I had slept 20 mins! I woke up because I was having such a terrible violent nightmare - like a scary circus type dream. This sounds crazy but when I went to the bathroom and saw myself in the mirror - for one split second I looked like a monster to myself! This really freaked me out. I have never experienced anything like this. I googled "magnesium and hallucinations" and "magnesium and weird dreams" and found tons of articles and forums on other people having the same experience!!!! Wild. I have been taking magnesium vitamins as well the last couple of months to help with digestion. I wonder if i'm just OD on magnesium! Just wanted to send this warning out to others. Google "magnesium and weird dreams" and read people's stories. Very interesting! So yes this product works. It has no scent which is nice. It does help you relax and sleep deeply...but maybe too deeply if you have enough magnesium?? Super crazy!

I am no longer waking up in pain. I think this product may be the reason. I have been in pain for a couple of years, waking up with my right hip hurting. In recent weeks I have been waking up in the night. I have also been experiencing very bad, painful night leg cramps which for me is strange in warm weather. The pain in my hip also increased and I was feeling it all day. So I researched online and found out about magnesium oil. I read others' reviews of the magnesium spray and decided to order this product. I have previously tried over the counter medicines: ibuprofen, sodium naproxen and tylenol with little effect on the pain. I have also had a shot in the muscle at a medical practitioner's office. Also I have recently been eating bananas to try to alleviate this pain. But after a few days rubbing this product in as directed, I noticed a decrease in pain level. Then I started waking up pain free. I now also have no leg cramps. I think I had a magnesium deficiency and no longer do, as long as I use this product.

Great product! I bought this for my grandma, who was suffering many sleepless nights due to these horrible leg cramps that would wake her from a dead sleep. This magnesium oil is very effective and works well. It soaks into the skin quickly and after rubbing it in leaves no residue. I sleep like a baby at night after spraying some on my feet! Highly recommended.

The oil spray really works to quickly relieve arthritis pain For best absorption, it should be rubbed as well, it may be better in a roll on application bottle.
