2 is Better than 1!
I am a rehab healthcare practitioner and have used all kinds of soft tissue tools but these are top 2 in my book! I recommend to patients to get these peanut-type massage tools especially for spine issues and so far I have gotten the feedback that these are best. Price point for both products are fantastic as the “bonus” single ball is really useful in many circumstances when the peanut one either isn’t needed or is too bulky! Will keep recommending to patients! I never recommend products to patients that I do not use myself!!!

Awesome for shoulder blade pressure point relief!
I am a musician who does a great deal of computer mouse and keyboard work. I get terrible knots inside and under my shoulder blades. These balls are a very good size for that sort of pressure point work, with a core that is much harder than a tennis ball or "pinky" handball. The double ball works well too, but I do have a hard time getting it lined up correctly so I rise and lower myself with a ball on each side of my spine. So I wish they were a little farther apart. But it works very well for thigh, hip (piriformis muscle) etc.Recommended and at a very good price. I will use these for years. Comes with an ice little pamphlet with ideas for how to use them.

Muscle Tension Relief Adapted for Chair Use
Great set of hard ball and peanut shape to release muscle tension. The picture shows my adaptation for use in a chair so I can slowly inch the peanut shape up and down my back and at the same time controlling the intensity by how much and how long I lean back. Sometimes I put my arms up over my head, to the side, or various angles as it feels right. When I messaged RitFit that the texture of the set painfully caught the fine hairs on the back of my neck, they were quick to respond. Excellent customer service.Even though I prefer a softer core and non-grabby texture for most of the time, these are a nice addition for those especially challenging kinks, knots, and pressure point activations. The quality bag is a huge plus as well.

Work as intended.
It is quite a hard and solid balls, intended for moving it up and down the back to ease pain and discomfort.Just used it a few times and seems ok so far. No complains.

Just what I wanted and needed plus a bonus ball.
I chose this RitFit product after searching Amazon for a few days to find a therapy ball for neck and shoulder tension release. There are many other sources of nearly identical balls. I chose this one because the description was the most complete, the comments were all positive (and no one had an incentive to post), the value (double ball and a single ball), plus good color choices (I chose orange. I read comments on similar products indicating that black attracts lint.) I had never held a LaCrosse ball, but now I know - it is firm with a nice rubbery coating. And it works - I am able to apply the right amount of pressure and position the ball perfectly to soothe tight muscles. My order arrived packaged well within two days (Prime Member).

Great for TMJ, back and neck pain!
One day, I woke up with a terrible headache and toothache. At first, I thought I had a cavity but then my cheek bone started to hurt too. Turns out, I grind and clench my teeth at night, and that's what was causing all the pain. BTW, it's called temporomandibular joint ( TMJ). I ordered this and a mouth guard from Amazon and within days the pain was completely gone. TMJ face massage helped too. But, even if you don't suffer from TMJ, this would be great for relieving feet, back, shoulder and even neck pain. I no longer have to beg my husband to massage me!

Versatile and effective for many pressure points
These lacross massage balls can be used on a lot of different muscles. Sometimes the peanut works best, sometimes the single ball. Generally good for active massage and using to release a muscle when you are sitting. There are some places in the neck, particularly the stemocledomastoid and the splemuis capitis that can be massaged better with a larger ball--I use an "Orb" with a 22.5-inch circumference at the "equator" against a wall (not a highly scientific description, but hopefully helpful). But the lacrosse balls are definitely versatile and worth the investment! They can penetrate a lot of pressure points that are difficult to release.
