V Shaped needles (like dermaroller) instead of separate pointed ones
Needles in this bayonet are not proper needles but V shaped metal clips similar to what one can find in Dermarollers. Hence they do serious damage when 2 mm or above length is chosen on dermapen.Please check any bayonet for proper needles before buying.
