It’s quite durable. I brought it last year and it is still running well. Value for money.It makes the life easy. No more lifting the heavy water cans and putting it upside down on top of the filters.Don’t think twice just go for it!

Received the product today. Used USB charger to charge up the unit. Took about 1.5 hours or so to fully charge. Easy to assemble. No issues in assembly & installation of the unit.Post-installation: the primary problem that cropped up was the relatively light weight water pipe floating to the top of the water level, causing end to float at surface & sucking in air. Also, as the draw pipe was folded during packing, it is, as of now kinked due to folded storage & tends to block the water (this should resolve over the time I guess).How I circumvented the problem to an extent: I used a hard plastic straw (the one used for cold drinks etc) & inserted it at the end of draw pipe to increase the weight which now permits the tip to be inside the water. As kinks will take time to get sorted, I just lift the unit off the top of the 20 litre bottle which straightens the pipe. The flow of water achieved by this was pretty good.Suggestion: Tip of the pipe can be "weighed" down to prevent floating of pipe onto surface in a fully filled bottle. Also, pipe can have "bands" of hard plastic to allow it to get some "weight".Will revisit after some usage.

Not satisfied with this product. The water connection rubber tube was packed in fold which can not be straightened even after unpacking. More over the tube which is light weight is not immersed in the water bottle resulting the flow of water is very low. Totally it is waste since the light weight connection pipe is floating above the surface of the water. Check my uploaded images. Waste of purchase. Thinking to return back the product.

We bought this in February 2020 and have been very happy with it, except for the rather crude charging point on the device. It came with its own charger, and that's the only charger that works on it. As of now, Sept end 2020, it has stopped charging. We've tried changing the charger, but that's not working either. Time to buy a new one, because clearly, things manufactured these days are not meant to last for even a year.

I've had this pump for a couple of months now and it has made life so much easier! When you're a tiny person, picking up a can and flipping it into a dispenser can is just too much to deal with. This is easy to use, it just sits at the mouth of the bottle and all you have to do is press a button. I don't even have to charge it too often. 🙈 Maybe once a month or so

This is a very convenient device especially when upturning a 25litre can becomes a back-breaking challenge...The charger being USB, it has done away with non eco friendly batteries too.Update : it's about 6 months since I bought this device... The usage is pretty regular of filling 2-3 bottles per day, with ample charging... The device has conked off... So I do not think if something like doesn't last at least year to have an ROI, it doesn't make sense to buy one.

Disposing water from the 20 lts water can many times is difficult as there are chances of water spilling out on floor. This was like a careful activity on a daily basis for me. I initially had bought a manual operating dispenser pump which wouldn't work effectively as it doesn't fit tightly to the cans. This electronic can also doesn't fit tightly, but serves the purpose more than expected. Awesome product. Every home which use water can needs to have one.
