Demeter Organic Sauerkraut Ruby Red 350g

Absolutely love this - have literally been eating it out of the jar every time I pass the fridge! It’s just tangy enough, really lovely taste, and a very fair price for what’s obviously a very good quality product. Definitely recommend, and I’ll be ordering some more :-)

Beautiful tasting ruby red sauerkraut just make sure you warm it up before serving. It improves the taste. Straight from the fridge its too cold.

Lovely stuff and Organic

Absolutely delicious. Great texture with just the right balance of salt, sweet and tang. Decent quantity for the money as there's very little liquid, and the jar is well packed with the product. Excellent quality product.

The beetroot sauerkraut is not available anywhere I shop so it was nice to see something different, after trying this I loved it, the beetroot gave it an extra kick of sweetness and it goes so well, I ate my jar in a few days, also good value and has super healthy benefits for your gut, however I would like the option to buy a bigger jar as the jars currently are quite small. I will continue to purchase this as I love the flavour.

Well it tastes fine not particularly complex. Really not sure if this is proper sauerkraut though not mention of pro biotic fermentation. Is it pasteurised maybe who knows? Really needs proper labelling or description.

Great quality at a great price.

Fist purchase. Fully packed. Love that it is thinly sliced which is great as I wanted to have it with salads and did not want beets to overpower the entire salad taste. Could also use it as a side dish with roast pork, along with cucumber.
