Just did a review of this company's Strawberry Shake and Pudding, only giving it 2 stars because of one of its ingredients, which can affect my current health conditions.THE CHOCOLATE IS SO MUCH BETTER, but only gave it 4 stars because of one ingredient -- titanium dioxide. My research showed that "most research shows the ingredient is considered safe for humans and the amount consumed from food is so low that it possesses no real harm to a humans health" and, as a matter of fact, is the 4th to last ingredient listed.BUT, this is a heavy metal that "has the ability to affect lung function and can damage intestinal flora" and "is a possible carcinogen" according to the World Health Organization for research on cancer. Also, my research showed that titanium dioxide is being banned as a food additive by the European Council, effective the summer of 2022.My suggestion is that you do your own research and make up your own mind. I'm not going to stop using this product because I personally think the risk is minimal.

I have used this product over the years. The flavor is great and it is satisfying for a snack.

Low calories and high protein - it tastes great!!! The other flavors are not so yummy.

The package was left on our porch but it was not wrapped and the outside of the package was torn and flattened even though the inside product was still good

Love this drink. I will drink it for breakfast or lunch.
