I've tried three different varieties of the Dammann Freres line, and this is far and away my very favorite. It has a rich, deep caramel flavor and it's oh so pleasing to my palate. At a dollar a cup, I don't drink it every day, but save it for special days. Love it!

One of my favorite teas make my morning feel a little more fancy. Excellent aroma, beautiful packaging. This brand elevates the experience and I’ll always go with them to splurge a little.

The peppermint tea is wonderful, but sadly Damman uses plastic for their sachets.

Tried these at a hotel and so good I had to order some for home!!! Great taste!!!

I've read about the health benefits of rooibos tea before and was quite naturally skeptical. I bought this product because I wanted to try something similar to TWGs Eternal Summer tea which I once enjoyed as a gift from a dear friend. Both teas have Rooibos as an ingredient. Three weeks prior to my increased consumption of this tea, my fasting blood sugar readings taken in the morning were usually in the low 200s, despite taking Metformin. I haven't done anything differently from that time to this week, except drink more of this tea. So, since Monday, my fasting blood sugar readings have ranged from 100 to 106 mmol/L. I am suspecting that the antioxidant properties of rooibos in this tea had something to do with this improvement. I am no expert, and have no way to prove it. But I will continue to consume this product because it's wonderfully tasty and has a calming effect on me after a stressful day. The added health benefits are just as wonderful and most definitely appreciated.

Great tea , love the brand , tastes/smells great , if I had received all of the sachets I wouldn’t be upset with the purchase , for some reason it only came with 19 out of the 24 in the box . If I had received 24/24 for 25$ doesn’t seem so high of a price for tea , but missing 5 is an issue but this is probably a packing issue

The first time I had Dammann tea, I had this caramel flavored black tea. I was blown away, flavorful, sweet but not too sweet. It preserves the caramel flavor even after being in hot water, unlike many other flavored tea which flavors are not quite like the real thing (caramel or fruit or flowers).The bag is well constructed and had silkier feel than regular tea bags; bag texture/construction is not that important to me, but could be important for other people.I'm glad Amazon carries it, so I don't have to order it from the tea maker's site (it's shipped from somewhere in Europe I think).
