It's a Genuine (?) Porsche Motorsport cap in red!
Unfortunately, made in China. Good design, reasonably good quality polyester. Overall, better than the normal rubbish. Air vents on top and back. Good, simple, robust cap size adjuster. Appears to be a genuine (?) Porsche accessory.
