As above don't waste your money doesn't stay cold more than 20 min bought two thought maybe first was a faulty one but both same save your money

After reading the reviews of this product, i thought this is what i'm after, after having surgery on my fractured shin and ankle. However am dissapointed. first day use was great. wore it all day no problem. took it off and placed it back into the pack it come with, together with 3tbsp of water as instructed. put it on for the second time ( apparently you can only use it three times) second time did not seem as good as the first time, don't think three uses would be any good. just as well you get two in a pack. will not buy again. however makes a good support bandage for later use.

So I bought these originally for my back, figured they would be a good thing to have a couple of. It turns out these are incredibly useful for period pain, I'd encourage women to invest in these!! Will definitely buy again
