This belt is ok. It just doesn't last. It starts to fall apart and stretch after using a few times. I bought three different sizes. Not because I lost the weight but because they got too big from wearing. You sweat but it's no big deal. You will lose a little weight if you do aerobics, but you lose more money replacing.

I wore it to the gym and i definitely worked a sweat. I am now using it at work seeing that i am very active during the day and do not remain seated. I can definitely feel the warmth in my tummy area; and not excessive sweating It also allows me to improve my posture while wearing it. It wouldn't flatten your tummy so do not look for miracles;however, with a combination of exercise and improved diet will help with your goal.

I did love the price but I chose a wrong size otherwise it is a good product, I will recommended.

Product is comfortable, not as snug as I would have liked. I'm 5ft 7" 165lbs and ordered the medium but small would av bn fine... I wore the product while to regular duties just to test out and while I was feeling my normal temperature, when I rolled down the vest I was really sweating in there!... So u wonder why I gave two stars? it ITCHES LIKE CRAZY!!! I was fine for many hours until I slowly started to itch... I was itching so bad I had to take a shower and that eased it a bit but surely didn't stop it...I woke up out of my sleep that night itching, I had to apply prescription strength hydrocortisone all over my tummy and back to get relief... Even the following day I was still a bit itchy so I washed the product again and sun dried it and decided to give I another try while at work.... The itching started half an hour later had to go to bathroom and take it off.... Very disappointed because I was really looking for something comfortable that I would be able to wear while at work... also the product came with a strong chemical smell (which doesn't bother me )Update: weeks later I decided to give this thing another shot.... It gave me an awful rash... Two weeks later the rash dried but my tummy is ugly to now I need an explanation of some sort.... The worst part is, although I avnt worn it in two weeks and is treating the rash, i am still itching in that entire area...

It's comfortable, and good quality. I have been wearing it for 2 weeks, now I wear it almost every weekend to the yoga class, and I sweat in the inside, not a drop of sweat, I have noticed the difference in my stomach really helps loose belly fat. Very happy!!

Sorry folks, but if you would consult a doctor, he/she would tell you that this does nothing to "tone" your belly, nor lose fat from your belly. All you're doing is losing water weight. Toning comes from exercising the underlying muscle. Losing fat means losing fat from your entire body through diet and exercise (you don't lose fat from only one part of the body). Liposuction can immediately target this area but it comes with risks as do all invasive procedures.
