Great little diffuser, no complaints. Super cute, easy to use. I will mention it’s a USB powered diffuser (my first diffuser I’ve owned that’s USB powered). Not a huge deal, but it only comes with the cord and doesn’t supply a USB plug/adapter for the wall.

I was waiting and ready for this diffuser, because it matches my baby boy room so well. I finally received it and it DON’T WORK!!! At this point I will be contacting the owner to take this item back. I’m so sad about this.

The only disappointment I have is that it doesn't come with an adapter for the outlet. The USB cord works wonderful but I have to use the adapter to my phone when I want to use it. They should really come with one for the price you pay. And mine had a slight chip in the ear... nothing too bad... i wouldn't return it for that.

Ok, was about to return this because there was so little vapor coming out I figured it was broken like other reviews said. But I tried switching out my USB plug for another. THIS IS THE KEY. You need a good USB plug, not a cheap one you picked up at a dollar store. My current plug has a 2.4A output, whereas the first plug I used was half that. So before you deem this product a lost cause, try the USB plug you got with your phone or tablet or some other pricey item and see if that's your issue.The company could improve this product significantly by including a correct plug for this item instead of relying on whatever leftover, deviceless plug is sitting in the consumer's junk drawer. I'm not sure why but every diffuser on the market seems to come without one.

The only reason I’m giving one star is cause it did not work. It’s a very nice diffuser but I couldn’t get it to turn on the light just kept blinking. The box was also damaged upon arrival. Not the box it’s shipped in but the packaging itself was damaged. I’m returning back to amazon. But unfortunately I cannot exchange cause there is no more in stock. I really loved it! Wish there were more in stock.

It is simply beautiful. The scent is soft and extremely easy to use. It is meant for a smaller room so if you want a large area to smell the diffuser it will be difficult. I’ll be buying a few more for gifts.

This is the cutest diffuser on Amazon, but sadly it puts out almost no aroma. I have to have my nose right on top of it to smell anything and you definitely can't actually see any steam coming out at all. So disappointing. I bought two and I'll probably end up returning them. :-(

This item is very pretty but that is all. I use it for a night light. The diffuser doesn’t seem to work right,very poorly
