I'd recommend this company to anyone looking for a personalized plaque. The metal is beautifully satin, the engraved letters are nice & deep, and everything is centered and uniform. It's thick enough to not feel flimsy. I love that a 4" square size was offered.

This is the first time I ever ordered from this company. I did not understand the instructions so I ordered the plaque I wanted wrong. They emailed me to get things cleared as to what exactly what it is I wanted. The bottom line is it took them 5 emails to get me straightened out and on the right path. They corresponded very quickly and their emails with me exihibeted patience rather than the frustration which I'm sure they were feeling. I can be pretty dense. I finally got things on track when I finally understood. I'm not going into detail because it gets pretty complicated. I have looked back and wondered, how could I have understood everything from the beginning? Although my error ended up costing them money they told me it's OK this time and they would not charge me extra. They absorbed the cost and sold me the plaque at the regular price when in reality I should have paid more.The plaque I got is everything I wanted. It's very pretty. I am extremely satisfied.Their customer service and product is 5 star and I would use them again. I still can't get over how patient and generous they were with me. Highly recommended.
