I liked that these are single serving coffees. I love the idea of this filter design. Problem is that all of my coffee cups are mugs and the filter falls into the cup as the paper ‘dog ears’ don’t hold onto the edge of the cup.The coffee is delicious, so I may even buy again in spite of the paper handles.

I have purchased this twice. I am a coffee snob. There is no way around it. I am extremely particular about my coffee. I prefer light roast normally. All the roasts here are medium and are perfectly roasted. There is no burnt taste like you get with Starbucks or other national roasters. They are a little more on the expensive side but perfect for work as all you need is hot water as it comes ground with its own filter. Super simple to make. I came across this method to make coffee in Japan and was surprised that it isn't common in the US. I was excited to try this brand because of how easy it is to make in the office. Coffee is strong and doesn't need anything added.

The coffee seems overly sensitive to the amount of water used. It notes that (whateverthehellnumberofml), about 5 oz. to be poured over. I don't have my old chemestry set so my ml beaker isn't available. Go over "about" 5 oz and you are drinking colored water.

Hey coffee lover, you need a versatile way of brewing wonderful coffee? These are wonderful! My work varies and sometimes there aren't any convenient places to grab a coffee. I'll have a thermos of hot water, or find a water cooler with hot water tap and voila! A perfect, decadent, convenient cup of coffee anywhere. I love these! The price is a little on the high side, but compared to other brands on Amazon, these ones were the most affordable per cup.

Lived on these during a 10 day van trip across Iceland. Definitely a step up from instant but almost as convenient. And helping me keep up with two teenagers on probably 5 hours of sleep a night... priceless.

I love these for those times when I travel but French Press coffee is too much. Tastes good and easy to use.

Sorry but coffee was weak no matter how long it sits. I made sure to measure no more than 5 ozs of water.Charlotte

Coffee good quality for drip type, but lack of proofreading of package (item 4 on instructions) shows company’s lack of attention to detail. Sloppy. Begs the question, what else are they not paying attention to: ingredients, safety, processing…? Details matter.
