Supplement is easier than getting from food
I have lupus and didn’t realize how vital selenium was for the body. I’m willing to try anything that will help, so I started with this cheaper brand just to see if I noticed a difference. Selenium can help with fatigue, brain fog, immune system, hair loss, muscle weakness and infertility. I’ve noticed more hair growth and my nails are better but I had acrylics on before that messed them up. It may be too soon to tell but I haven’t had any issues taking it so I will continue. Overall happy with the supplement and price.

disolvable easy to digest
I like that it has a disolvable quality. Does a person good it it disolves in the digestive track. This seems to do very well.

has been helping my eye pain
This has been helping reduce the pain behind my eye. The pill smells so disgusting and taste bad, but this has been helping alot so i will continue lol

Love the fact that delivery was fast and also the tracking system is excellent. Have yet to try the product to see if it is helpful. I don't find the smell awful.
