Used this to install windows on my kids PC via wifi while i was working on it not near its wire, fantastic job, I keep it around for just incase purposes.

Works great for the money. Perfect size for mini towers, that need to be hidden behind the TV.

Check your device settings, older computers may not have as good a connection.

Two of my computers stopped automatically connecting to the internet. So I bought 2 of these and both computers now hook up to the internet as soon as computer is turned on.

I recently bought this and have literally spent countless hours and days trying to get this to work right. As a result, I missed the 30-day return date. (I hope this has taught me a lesson.) My final effort was yesterday evening when I said "That's it. I give up! Time for a new computer." First I want to say that the NIC usb adapter did NOT come with a mini-cd as advertised. Nor did it show up on my "This PC" when first inserted as stated is the instructions. I literally read all I could online about this little bugger. And spent countless hours trying this, that, and other things. When you go to Device Manager and click on the properties for this Realtek NIC card, you'll see that the device wasn't started because it requires further installation. Repeatedly. Even though there is no ? on it in Device Manager and it says that it is working properly. But go to the Events tab and you'll see differently. Just writing this review has caused my blood pressure to rise. I feel like I'm ready to blow a gasket. So, yeah, I'm pissed that I wasted my money and TIME on this. So uncheck the boxes for quality, build quality, signal strength, ease of use, etc. This little bugger is a POS.

The device delivers on its promises. I bought it over a year ago, and it’s still useful. I wrote this review a bit late since I've had the product for a long time, but I felt it was fair to share my opinion now that enough time has passed to confidently say it’s a great product. It hasn’t broken down at all, has worked flawlessly, and I haven't had any issues whatsoever. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. My PC, which originally didn’t have native support for WiFi or Bluetooth, now has these features thanks to this device.

I didn’t order this product and I don’t know what it is for. I have not used it. I assume that it works well with the great speed and connectivity. I just need to figure out how to use it.

I had a customer with an older laptop that had lived a really hard life with drops or falls, but it still worked good enough despite looking war-torn. Until it broke the antenna wire thru the hinge and would no longer connect. She still didn't want to replace the computer. So we put this WiFi adapter on thru USB to restore connections for internet and found the computer worked even better than the original internal WiFi card for speed and reliable connecting. A true way to possibly improve your speed by 2.4 or 5.0 connecting or even turn an older computer into one capable of WiFi connections. Works great!
