What good will a product do without an adapter? :((
The product is really high quality. But the company that produced this product was very thoughtless and careless! You produced the product to be able to sell it all over the world. Not just for Canada or the U.S.A....!! Am I right? Then where is the 12 VOLT adapter that is needed to use the product you sell?Should I look for a 12 Volt adapter side by side? You should send the adapter when you package the product so that we can use it easily. When the product reaches us, we can use it right away :(((I am sorry to say that I am complaining about the company that produced the product.I did not even get the chance to use it :(((My stupid brother tried to connect the fan directly to a 220 Volt outlet and the product exploded :(((This cute and useful fan that I dreamed of using did not work at all. I cannot buy it again for 55-60 U.S. $ right now. But I am very sorry about this situation : (((

VERY efficient for the airflow!
I paid what I though was a lot for these, but I really wanted the most efficient possible fan for emergency use when we loose power. I live in the "deep south" and we lose power during strong storms somewhat regularly. For those unfamiliar with the humidity in the south, a fan is a matter of basic life support here in the summer without power, so I needed a good one! I have a very small battery backup system, basically enough for some lighting, a couple fans, chargers, radio, etc. In terms of power consumption, this performs as, or slightly better than advertised running at 12.9 volts, and moves a TON of air for such a low current draw. The fan seems really well made and durable too, and with no guard it is surprisingly quiet and is very easy to clean.

Nice fan but could be more reliable
I have nine of these in my boat. I love them because of the high airflow. I wish they would last longer but I do get several years out of them. I don't really notice the vibration like others do, but I do keep the blades clean and free of dust and dirt. The blades are easy to clean since they just pull off the shaft and cleaned in a sink. They're very quiet at low speed, but high speed can be a bit noisy when they are all running. This is expected due to the blade size. I know many don't like the lack of a guard, but that really isn't an issue. The blades can't hurt you by design...although they can startle you if you hit them inadvertently.

Great 12v fan for camper
Our last camper only had a small window unit and very little insulation, so it would get warm in the Texas summers. This fan solved the problem.....it moves a great deal of air around, which allowed the camper to stay cool with just the one window unit. And it's nice, compact, and doesn't draw alot of power. It's a little pricey for what it is, but I couldn't find a better solution anywhere. These fans have been on sailboats for decades. And the blades are flexible and don't hurt if you run into it.

Came out of balance
The one delivered to me seems out of balance, has an odd vibration, and can see the shaft impeller does not rotate perfectly about the axis.

Must Have on our Sailboat
These are our go to 12V fans for our sailboat. We are in the Caribbean and they really help keep the air moving down below in our monohull. We love them so much we have 6 of them spread out throughout our boat and keep them on 24/7.

Works well
Installed on my boat. A near perfect unit for my need. The choke on the line cord is a bit too close to the motor housing which puts it in the way of some fan positions. I had to glue it to the housing.
