This vacuum clear has adjustable power setting dial. It can go from low power to high power. There are 4 accessories and that is enough for most things in a house. The extender hose tube is sturdy stainless steel and the length is smoothly adjustable from 2 feet to 4 feet. The canister is easy to clean dry and also wet if required. The build quality is sturdy.

Within 2 months of buying the floor cleaner part has broken. No service station near me. My machine stopped working suddenly and I contacted HARDTRAC Who is the reseller of this product. After searching them on Google, I finally found their no. They said they only sell and don't assist in service. Finally found customer care number for Stanley Black and decker and now they are saying it will take 7 days for someone to visit and take a look what has happened. SERIOUSLY!!!!! How do I clean my house for seven days as I have a dog and need to vaccum the house twice.I have used black and decker products and I totally understand something can go wrong as it's an electrical product. But the customer service is just pathetic. I hope someone is listening and will help me getting the Vaccum cleaner restored.Think twice before buying- If something goes wrong, keep waiting for the service.

After 10 months of using this vacuum cleaner can say worth every penny.Fantastic product clean superb every tipe of flooring and carpet. And awesome for cleaning dogs hair

Pros:- Easy to handle- Bagless. So easy to dispose the dust and dirt.- Cord is lengthy enough to operate around the room- best for cleaning curtains, sofas and mattresses-won't heat up quicklyImprovements needed- Suction power is average even at maximum power- Need an extension tube. Otherwise not possible to clean higher areas.

Good product. However I paid Rs 12,200 for it. by the time it was delivered it was priced at 9,999 & a few days later it was 7,999. This was VERY dissappointing. AND theres no return policy on this - replace only. so the buyer is trapped. I hope the vendor refunds the difference to my Amazon account.
