It works like it is supposed too
The basic's it fit where I needed it too , electrical was good , it works smoothly , it does exactly what I need it to do

Great Replacement Unit
My lift broke after 11 years of use. The motor gave out i guess. Wasn't sure if the unit I got would work but I read reviews and looked at the pics and figured it would be a good try. Saved nearly $400 and was easy to install. Basically direct "bolt" on. I had to swap sides where the hydraulic lines went but it basically just moved over. The electrical wiring that came with it was a little confusing. YOu'll need to take the cover off and get rid of the two wires and have the electrician install the correct lines to it's correst spot. That's the only complicated issue. Works just as good if not better then the last one I had on my lift.

Horrible customer care.
Worst product ever. You can’t get customer service to respond they keep stalling so you miss your window to send back, don’t waste your money!!! Product doesn’t work.

Hydraulic adapter isn't standard size
I'm not electrician so that sucked. The hydraulic adaptor wasn't the right size for my lift that sucked hut it mounted easy and it works good for my 8k lift.
