Wish the battery lasted a little longer, but it lasts close to the entire 8 hour shift and it is on my head and in talk mode the entire time.We purchased three different brands of headsets, two of which are wireless, this one was the winner.

This is excellent. The range is great! Sound is great! Battery life is great!! Wears comfortably. Sturdy item and easy to use.

Sounds far away to everyone. For the price, people should be able to hear you very well. The ear piece is not comfortable at all.

So far, it's a good product. Hubby's been using these for years. But, don't go just by the picture, as it shows it with a handset lifter, which is NOT included with this particular product. We didn't read all of the details, so thought it came with lifter. But, it works with the one he already has.

I am very happy with this wireless product. I was unable to use the single piece that fits over the ear but like the other options that it came with. It's a nice fit, works very well, doesn't slip off, good sound quality and easy hook up. Charging dock is just as nice. I didn't need to purchase any other cables or products for hook up and use. Purchasing a second one for another staff member.

For no reason at all, the switch for changing channels has stopped working. I’ve tried following every tutorial out there to fix this but no luck.
