About this eyeliner
Okay so this eyeliner if affordable and what do you expect more like it's black and not dry so ya you can buy this and also maybe it 15cm or less. Anyways this is a good eyeliner and i bought it recently so I don't know if this pen is going to dry soon but I'll edit my review if anything like this happens

Yeah it is good at this range but not that water resistance it can be easily smudged , so no to waterproof functionality but the quality is good , i would say if you are looking for actual waterproof liner than don't go for it

Black and precise!
Swiss beauty has me in a choke hold. I am amazed by the wonderful products this brand has been putting out. This one is no different. The colour 10/10, The tip of the liner 10/10, the application smooth. It's long lasting. Worth the money.
