Did not work on my tv!

My parents have us a TV but left the remotes in Florida when they moved. Finally went to set up the TV with firestick and needed to change the input and didn't have the remote. This one was so easy to setup. Had it working as soon as the batteries were installed.

Can’t use the navigation buttons, you have to press so hard to get it to navigate. If you use this on your smart tv you won’t be able to get the directional buttons to move the cursor. I would try to use a pen or small pointed device to get it to recognize but still was impossible to use. I would continue to press hard and could get it to move sometimes but my wife couldn’t make it work at all. I finally was pressing hard to get it to move the cursor and the whole middle just collapsed. A complete waste of money guess I’m looking for another one?

Got this with Prime Next Day Delivery. Really happy with the unit as far as controlling our Sony Bravia. Just don't expect any guidance with the device, because all you get is the remote. There are a whole slew of buttons on the thing that I do not have a clue as to their function. The buttons are really colorful and I'm sure they are intended to do something. Basically all I wanted was a volume control, which this remote does. It also allows access to the TV display functions, which trial and error on the users part will eventually accomplish.

Button hard to press

To set this remote up to my TV all I had to do was press one button and it has worked perfectly ever since.
