Nice looking high quality
My old latch broke, and this is a perfect replacement for it. Very high-quality, and hopefully it will be durable. Looks very nice. It was also super easy to install.

Good enough
Bought these to replace similar looking latches on my weird little attic doors. They look very similar the the original hardware from the 50s, but they're definitely lighter and generally feel lower in quality than the original. However, they fit and work well enough for the price.

This hardware is finished really nicely, you don't see molding seams or flaking finish or anything like that. It looks really good.

Perfect fit replacement
The lower sash lock on my old patio widow door broke. The ball joint pulled and cracked the part holding it to the wooden door. This caused the door to make sound whenever it was windy. Was able to find this replacement. It was a perfect fit. The screw holes fitted exactly where the old holes where. I didn't even have to remove the left side hook part.
