Pleased with this purchase, they were well packaged and easy to install. Just download their App first, plug them in, give them your WiFi details and away they went. If you give them a name/location you can then add them to the Alexa App e.g Living Room Light then Alexa can control them.The Timer function was also very simple to use, I believe you can have an ITTT (If That Then This) operation set up as well via Alexa. Chances are I will buy some more nearer Christmas and run my lights off of them :) I noticed some comments about having your 5ghz WiFi running may interfere, however I did not have this issue, I have though only connected them to the 2.4ghz

Decent plugs, easy to set up and get going, have one being used as a timer to turn on reptile lights. Easy to set up from the Gosund app. Two others are on table lamps again no issues and 4th I've yet to install. Bought these as there a nice small profile. They also once set up integrate with Alexa so you can ask 'she who should not be named' to turn on and off. Well worth the money. See other comments for instructions how to setup.

I've got a bunch of these and they work brilliantly. However, since day 1 I've had problems with the setup side.No matter what I did, the setup process would just fail and time-out. Sometimes. I'd set one up fine, then try a second and it would fail. I'd keep trying, maybe try a different one but no joy. After a couple of days of seeing them sat on the table I'd have another go and maybe I could set up one more... maybe not. It was driving me crazy. Then, after doing some research on how they worked, it hit me. I'd run out of IP addresses; specifically the IP addresses that my BT router supplies via it's DHCP. My network is quite a complex layout and it's evolved over many years. 20 addresses in my DHCP range has always been plenty, but what with wifi enabled phones, TVs, Apple TV, iPads and now these smart plugs, the range was just too small. Once I increased the DHCP range and restarted the router, everything was fine.I would have given these 5 stars as they really do seem to work well and I’ve had some now several months and they work great. But, when the setup process fails, there is no indication of what the problem could be, I could find nothing on-line, and there is no info provided in the box. It was just luck that I figured out myself what the problem was. So only 4 stars for lack of documentation.

Wanted some simple plugs and the 4 pack was good value. It has its own App to control them and to set macros. I have one linked to sunset and bringing some outdoor lights on, then at midnight for switch off. Another one switches on the coffee pot at the time of my alarm, so I get downstair to fresh Coffee.Simple to use. The app should allow own photos to be posted (eg of devices etc)

The plugs were delivered on time. The installation instructions were clear and precise. The gosund mobile app is very easy to use and works very well. I use the products to control the Boiling water tap and have set up automation so that the water is boiled and ready for making tea everyday when I wake up and shuts down when I go to sleep.Impressive product

Easy to set up but after a couple of days they disconnect from Alexander, every time. I put the plugs in hard to reach places like behind my TV or fish tank, so when they disconnect its really frustrating to replug them in. Didnt have this problem without smart plugs so it defeats the purpose.

i recently bout this item which was delivered very quickly,plugs are a perfect size and will fit side by side if neededthe plugs were very easy to setup and work well.will buy more when i need them to make my home more smart and friendlyBrilliant seller would recommend to anyone

These plugs are a complete waste of my £31.99 i have them still in the box after trying to get them to connect to wifi and alexa even had a BT engineer look at them and although advert says they work with Alexa etc .... trust me when i say they DON'T .... IF we couldn't install them and a BT engineer couldn't get them to connect well ... i feel i have just thrown away £31.99 ....
