They shipped me a new item free of charged. My baby really enjoyed it now thay it works and it is great for tummy time. The other thing that users need to be aware of, after time, the water could have algae in it so needs to be changed consistently and i put a drop of bleach in it.

My 3 month old despises tummy time. He only learned to roll just to get out of having to do it! This mat however is a game changer. He loves it!! If you have an inquisitive babe they may get a little mad when they realize they cant grasp the animals that are behind the plastic...at least mine did at first. (LOL!) But I love the easy clean up for drool as well as how entertained he is during tummy time now without having to use a screen to engage his attention. I only wish the water wouldnt get so cold when it sits for a bit but that's a first world problem that can be solved by adding warm water to it when you're ready to use.

I was exited for my daughter to try this for tummy time and sensory play with a jumper. It does have somewhat of a plastic-y smell but it’s not terrible, and I’m not too concerned since baby’s mouth rarely will be on it. It was fairly easy to assemble especially since I have an air pump for the rim. So far so good, the water valve is holding up (I do not empty the water out after every use). The floating pieces inside are foam and look a little tacky but they are plenty visible and clear for a baby to see and discover.

My 6mos old son loves it! It keeps his attention and has made a difference with his neck stability and pushing himself up. I wish I had bought it earlier for him.

IN theory it works for helping baby through tummy time. While my 7 month old could care less, my 3 year old liked it more.

I have to say i wanted to get this for my daughter for yummy time, But never ended up doing it. my daughter is now 9.5 months crawling around, and decided to get it . thought well see what happens . she likes it! he likes trying to figure out the fish inside.i have to say, i wished u can clean the inside better. After having water in it for less then 4 weeks its already got brown stuff inside floating around. like stagnant water

My 3 month year old loves it !It’s super easy to put together only takes like 5 minutes. The colors are bright so it gets their attention and keeps their attention. No need for any of out other tummy time mats anymore!

Wonderful idea 4 little ones to use imagination. Picture was pretty. However very cheaply made. The air will not stay in the outer ring and we cannot find where it is leaking. You definitely get what you pay for. Should havebaught the more expensive one.
