V11 Filter for Dyson

These are good quality and reasonably priced filters that fit the Dyson V15. I now have 3 filters so can swap them when the one in use gets even slightly dirty. This helps keep the machine working (as they are temperamental).

Fits perfectly. in fact I think it gives a better seal than the O.E.M. product. The original Dyson part needed cleaning after the first week's use, then after a month or so and then hardly ever i.e. it was no longer filtering the fine particulates and causing my dust allergy to flare up. With this product I intend only to brush clean and see what happens, I want it to need cleaning often!! On price, this is good value the O.E.M. part is over £30 the Espares part is over £15 and identical to this product.

Right ones and perfect

I bought the V11 ones for my Dyson Animal V11. I can tell that the suction is more than the original filters as the vacuum won't work on my thin rug in the kitchen. It tends to suck the rug up rather than clean it, which it doesn't do with a clean original Dyson filter. I am not convinced that using these long term will not cause damage to the very expensive machine. Initially I didn't think it fitted as I went to put it on the vacuum and there are two raised bits of plastic on the circular end and these prevent the filter from going in smoothly. You have to give it a harder push to get it on and then turn to lock as usual. As I said earlier it was great suction. I have cats so I vacuum every morning to pick up their fur and it is disgusting how much the Dyson can pick up! I have given it 4 stars because of the raised plastic parts. I will comment on the longevity once I have used it for a while, but so far no complaints from me!
