Lover's Tarot Deck Cards – March 1, 2011

After seeing a mixed review about this deck, I decided to give my own view of them. I personally absolutely love Jane Lyle's Lover's Tarot deck. I am a collector of decks and use every single one.I love the illustrations, size and stock so much that I am going to purchase another deck for safe keeping.Yes, the Pips are not illustrated with a full-on, all encompassing image of some sort, but I like it and doesn't hinder my readings. If someone reads based on illustrations alone, then this may not be a deck for you.I find this deck very charming, warm and very accurate. I bonded immediately upon opening this deck. I find it to be special and deserving of your consideration.It may be intended to be read for relationship matters, but the typical definition of each card can be applied in reading with them in a general manner. These cards do not have to stay in the lovers realm of things.My only regret is that I should have had them sooner.

The cards are beautiful and have an old world charm to them. The book is well written and depending on the spread used, captures the character and emotions of the lover in question, your current mood/feelings, and how your relationship will unfold. I have tried other decks and even questioned this one's accuracy at times, only to see it proven right later on. I would recommend this deck to anyone interested in catching a glimpse of what a relationship with a future love would be like; or to indicate how your current one is developing. Even if your not into cards it is a beautiful deck and worth adding to your collection.

Disappointed on the imagery for this deck. 90% there is nothing, for example 4 of cups, will literally be just image of 4 cups. Considering it is labeled Lover's Tarot I thought for sure would have better images. I would not have purchased if they showed examples of the cards on how plain they were. Have not used yet nor read the mini book it came with though.

Love the cards.....I would have liked more examples in the book that is why I am purchasing Affairs of the Heart. This deck is ideal for teenagers just starting out exploring tarot

Beautiful deck for lovers questions, i like the colors- tending toward light and airy. Collaged imagery- so in major arcana and court cards the collage makes use of great paintings from art history.

I was definitely disappointed when I got these. I thought they were like the romance ones. The seller makes them out to be something that will help you with lovers, they arent. They are just regular tarot cards like rider or something. Dont expect them to help you with romance or anything like that and expect regular tarot cards and you will be fine

Great deck and the images are just what the doctor ordered.. I love this deck as well.
